I love Jessica Smith TV workout youtube videos-and the best part is that they are FREE and FULL LENGTH!! I’ve used them off and on for years. Jessica is easy to follow, great with directions and motivating!
She is starting a free 31 day flat abs challenge starting Tuesday July 1st.
I’m going to try and do this challenge along with starting PIYO next week; so I can still get my 60 mins of exercising in the mornings.
