Aug 13 #activelivingchallenge how do I practice #activeliving everyday? By getting up and exercising every morning. By encouraging my boys to #exercise with me. By taking family walks outside. #activelivingchallenge I love this quote because I’m a big believer to staying consistent with eating healthy and exercising; regardless of whether you lose weight or not. I get really sad when I hear people say they quit an exercise program or stopping eating healthier bc they stopped seeing immediate results. >> #committostayfit #beinghealthyisalifestyle #dontgiveup 

#activelivingchallenge aug 16: I make lots of lists and notes to get the most out of my day. That way I can feel productive and not forget things and know what I have yet to do. I also schedule my workouts every morning like I would do with any appointment and stick with it! #activeliving @fitapproach@lornajaneactivewear #movenourishbelieve

#activelivingchallenge aug 17: what is my ultimate goal/dream? >>My ultimate goal is to continue to lose weight-I have about 20 pounds more to go. I’ve already lost 85 lbs so not much more to go. 🙂 my weight loss has slowed down but I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been on my life. >> my ultimate dream would be to some day meet these three wonderful women who have inspired me and kept me going when I started my journey in the summer of 2011. I have done all of their programs/DVDs and their examples and social media presence have inspired me to start my own fitness blog and encourage others in their fitness and health journey.
