Evolution20 – Reshape your body with this new program by Christine Bullock

Last month I found a new workout program on amazon called EVOLUTION20 that sounded really good! I purchased it and because of my amazon prime, I got it 2 days later and immediately started it the last week of March.

Here is the amazon product description:
Evolution20 is a 60-day Fitness and Nutritional program created by Christine Bullock. You can reshape your body in record time with this high performance series and meal plan that integrates some of the most progressive exercise techniques used by world-class athletes into one powerful program. Re-engineer a strong and healthy body from the inside out.

It includes 10 different workouts evolving through 2 phases; a bonus AB Shred workout, a customized fitness calendar, and a 60-day meal plan with over 40 recipes.

This series offers one of the most effective way to get lean in only 20 minutes a day with no equipment needed.

Evolution20 60 Days – 10 Workouts – 20 Minutes A Day

The Workouts:
Endurance – Endurance is the strength and stamina that carries you through a workout or a physical activity from start to finish. Your endurance goals are achieved through combining super-sets of strength exercises with plyometrics.

Power- Power is the intensity that helps you to hit harder and jump higher. High velocity training and explosive exercises build up that power within you.

Agility- Agility is the ability to make movements with coordination and speed. You can improve your agility with the same sports-drills and training that boxers and other athletes use to stay quick on their feet.

Balance – Balance is the ability to move gracefully and with ease. Yoga and stability training will sculpt those strong flexible muscles that keep you in balance.

Foundation- Foundation is that fundamental element of strength that sets you up to succeed in all areas. A Pilates inspired total-body toning workout will help you prevent injury while building a strong core, a lean physique, and an ideal foundation.

Evolution20 is a comprehensive workout routine, laid out for you in a 60-day, 10 workout, 20 minute a day plan — all expertly designed for you by premier health and fitness guru Christine Bullock.

This program comes with 2 dvds and a fitness nutrition guide. The guide has a 8 week calendar, 8 week meal plan, and recipes.

These workouts are only 20-21 minutes (including warm up and cool down) so they are great for when you are short on time, or want to do multiple workouts that day. You don’t need any equipment for these dvds, except maybe a yoga mat.

Christine works out with 2 other people-one of them showing modifications and the other one showing more intense moves.

I love how clear Christine is with explaining each upcoming exercise move, along with being motivating and enthusiastic. I really like her personality and teaching style!

I would say this workout program (at least disc 1) is for intermediate level. It is intense because you use your own body weight and I love that Christine goes slow enough so I can keep up with her without feeling like I’m going too fast or injure myself. She says in the workouts that you can always go faster or slower than she does. I found that by going a little slow, the exercises are more “purposeful” and I feel great after the workout. I hate fast, frantic, extreme workouts!

I would consider this workout program to be “family friendly” meaning, she doesn’t cuss or wear revealing workout clothes which I really appreciate.

I have truly loved all the workouts that I’ve done so far and can’t wait to continue with the program. I would definitely recommend this workout and I’m so glad I bought it!
