My review:

I am familiar with suspension trainer straps, also known as TRX straps. I have a cheap version of straps in my home gym and use TRX straps at my local YMCA gym. They are AWESOME and portable and easy to use!

The 2 biggest things I noticed right away with the FeStrong suspension straps versus my generic straps that I currently own-was the high quality metal clips, nice rubber handle grips, and easy to use adjustable straps! I have used them at the park and in my backyard so far this week. You can easily find free youtube videos or printable exercises on how to use these suspension straps if you aren’t familiar with how to use them.

I had some girlfriends meet me at the park this week and taught them some upper body and lower body exercises using the FeStrong trainer and they loved it! The raved about the quality of the straps and how fun the exercises were. The girls were all different body sizes and exercise levels, so this trainer suspension system truly is for any fitness level. The adjustable straps were very easy to use and adjust for different exercises.

The trainer did not come with instructions on how to assemble and the do’s and don’ts, which would be very helpful to those purchasing this system. I found a youtube video to help me to make sure I was using it correctly before teaching others how to use it.

This product is a must have for any fitness level and is great for lower body, upper body, core work and stretching.
