Starting yesterday I officially started the #NCCPTTransformMe challenge! I will be taking my first pictures tomorrow and will be posting them weekly. yikes! I know I have to work on my nutrition alot, so I started another round of WHOLE30 which is basically a Paleo diet.
I am working with http://fitpregnancyandparenting.com/ as my trainer for both challenges. Amanda is amazing if you need daily encouragement and support!
I’m not going to lie-following a specific diet is hard to do! I don’t really miss sugar or treats-I miss my cheese and bread. I don’t have alot anyway because I try to be gluten free and dairy free, but I do miss it. I find that I end up having alot more fruit than I should, so I definitely need to work on having more protein and veggies.
