Here are some of my pictures from this past week of doing my first week of challenges. I really love this program. I’m a big fan of using balls for workouts, especially for strength training. The moveBALL is so comfortable to use with the double handles.

(By the way, 5kg is actually 11 pounds, not eight pounds, so you’re stronger than you think!) I’m so excited to share your post on our social media sites.   2. I officially need a house with a basement. I would be so much more inclined to workout (not running) if I had a nice little gym area in a basement. This definitely looks like something I could do.

      Hey Alicia, You would be so amazed by how little space the workouts require. I often have my TRANSFORM by moveBALL™ workouts upstairs when my kids are watching a movie, or often in my bedroom. They work really well in a hotel room also! Except for the jump rope (which there are no-jump options) I often don’t even put on my shoes, and (shhhh) do the workout in my PJs! One of our challengers even took the program on her boat last summer. We’re really tried to knock down the barriers of time, space, cost, etc., so you can just get your workout done, plain and simple 🙂
