I LOVE the workout guide that comes with this kit. It is so easy to follow and has very good directions! It tells you what workouts are for what days-then shows you the workouts in written form, written and picture form, and you can also view each workout move on the thumb drive that is provided. The video clips are great to watch to prepare you for the next days workout.
SCHEDULE:
Day 1, 7, 13, 19, 25 are the GO days and will be the same exercises.
Day 2, 8, 14, 20, 26 are the SPORT days and will be the same exercises.
Day 3, 9, 15, 21, 27 are the MUSCLE days and will be the same exercises.
Day 4, 10, 16, 22, 28 are the JUMP days and will be the same exercises.
Day 5, 11, 17, 23, 29 are the CORE days and will be the same exercises.
Day 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 are the ELONGATE days and will be the same exercises.
Once you go through a whole cycle of all 6 days with watching the videos and doing the exercises, it’s just a repeat after that.
They even go a step further to provide a FREE APP so you never have to worry how long you’re suppose to do each exercise before moving on. The daily workout guide tells you exactly what to set on the app for number of rounds, seconds per exercise, and rest time in between. I downloaded it for my apple ipad and have not had any problems using it.
On day 1 last week I did the GO workout. I set the timer to 28 rounds, 45 seconds per move, 10 seconds of rest in between. (I should have set it for 15 seconds of rest because I needed more time) The workout consisted of 7 moves, repeating the circuit 4 times today. It took about 30 minutes to complete, not including my own warm up and cool down. I really liked day 1 and I definitely felt it in my calves the next day because of using my stepper for 3 of the exercises.
I LOVE this ball!! It is very sturdy and I absolutely love the handles! It makes it so easy to hold, as well as balance it on my shoulder.
I Love ball strength training workouts so I am so excited to try this kit out this month and will continue to post pictures on my Instagram page and will do another blog post when I’ve completed more workouts.
