I was very excited to try this product because I’ve been under a lot of stress lately at work. I was sent a sample pack of 12 capsules. I took one per day and then started taking two per day. I took 10 of the 12 capsules and still haven’t noticed a difference. I don’t know if I need to be taking them longer to notice any results, but I was disappointed I didn’t see any after several days.
