I try to post my weekly exercise pictures to stay accountable and for those that are interested in my workouts.

Here are my workouts for the past 2 weeks. I tried a new fitness program called Evolution20 which I will do a separate blog post for later this week.

Sunday March 22
(45) mins outside walking as a family

(30) mins walking at the park
My son started with baseball practice, which means 1-2 times a week walking at the park! hooray!

(20) mins elliptical, (35) mins/2 miles Leslie Sansone with hand weights

(30) mins/2 miles Leslie Sansone with a stepper

Friday March 27
(20) mins Evolution20 Foundation (NEW PROGRAM!), (30) mins Jessica Smith Cardio

Saturday March 28
(20) mins Evolution20 Endurance, (30) mins Jessica Smith Cardio, (15) mins outside walking

Sunday March 29
(20) mins Evolution20 Yoga Balance, (35) mins/2 miles Leslie Sansone

Monday March 30
(20) mins Evolution20 Power, (20) mins Total Gym
I got my total gym last week from QVC and loving it!

(12) mins/1 mile Facebook walking with Leslie Sansone, (20) mins elliptical, (20) mins Evolution20 Yoga

(47) mins/3 miles Leslie Sansone, (10) mins Total Gym squats and pullups
