This is a little awkward for me to be posting a supplement review for a product like this; but I like to try different things and post about them so my readers can get a variety of information about nutrition, books, supplements and fitness products.

This box comes with 30 pills and you take 1 each day. So it’s a full months supply for under $30. The pills aren’t too large so they are easy to swallow. My husband said there is no after taste or weird taste swallowing them. He has been taking them for a week now but hasn’t noticed any difference yet. I’ve read other reviews that have said it take at least a week to notice any difference. He will keep taking these for the rest of the month. My husband is a healthy and active male in his mid 30s.

We wanted to try these supplements because with our busy schedule we are tired and lacking in energy and desire sometimes, so we are hoping these will help!
