This Leslie Sansone “Mix and Match Walk Blasters” DVD was released last year. I love it because each workout is in 10 minute segments. I love to use the “Light Walk” for a warm up before doing other workouts; and I love to use the “Flexibility” walk as my cool down and stretch after other workouts.
