I’ve been enjoying some quiet time coloring and reading this particular devotion about casting my cares and anxiety on Him. I got this book from the Tyndale House blogger program called “Restore My Soul” – a devotional coloring book for adults by Ann Margret Hovsepian. .

The page that I am coloring suggests five things to do when I’m experiencing stress:
1. Don’t try to revolutionize your life in the midst of the chaos.
2. keep things in perspective.
3. Ask for help.
4. Learn to say no.
5. Don’t forget to love.

The thing that I like about this devotion book is not only is it calming coloring pages and scripture references, but also has full pages of devotions pertaining to each coloring page. The back of the book description states there are 40 devotions to this book. The pages are thicker so colored pencils or markers would work and not bleed onto the next page.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from Tyndale House in exchange for an honest review on my blog and social media-all opinions are my own.
