It’s a new month! Can you believe it? This summer has flown by and it’s almost time for the kids to go back to school.
and it’s time for a new month of GOALS!
Every month I like to plan out my daily workout schedule and set some health & fitness goals for the month.
August Health & Fitness 2016:
10,000 steps a day or more for 5+ days per week
Train for upcoming ROC obstacle race by doing outdoor bootcamps, park obstacles & walking
Attend variety of gym classes before my membership expires at the end of month
Journal my food so I can eat more clean & monitor portion sizes
Drink at least 8-10 cups of water per day
No sugar or treats
Strength Training 3x per week, Tabatas 3x per week, Cardio 3x per week
