The girls in my challenge group requested another 7 day challenge to help them get their steps in this month since we are focusing on lower body and more movement with our exercise and steps.

Here is a 7 day challenge alternating between cardio and strength training for this week using my workout videos on YouTube. I hope you enjoy them! Let me know if you have any questions or want to see more challenges.
