Week 10 of “The Great Walk 100 day Summer Challenge” video suggestions

Welcome to week 10 of “The Great Walk 100 day Summer Challenge” from 7/31 – 8/6.

Remember: Our goal is to be consistent so even if you can’t do 100 days of walking in a row, do the best you can and listen to your body.

If you CAN do a walk every day, it is VERY important that you mix it up by doing gentle walks, longer walks, shorter walks, indoor walks, outdoor walks, etc.

    My workout was Rachel cardio interval walk.
    I enjoyed this workout. It was fun.

    I total miles for week 10 was 13.
    Good week.

    My workout was Rachel cardio ball and Balance.
    The Balance part was little challenge for me. I will get there. It was a fun workout. I add 10 minutes Arm workout from Fabulous 50. I felt the burn.

    My workout was 20 min Upper Body Toning Cardio Workout + 6 min Stretch with Jules from Improved Health 1 mile walk.

    Today was the low impact HIIT. Whew! It was a sweaty one!

    Great day today. Trying to not worry if I meet every goal I have. I am glad you are home or almost home. Did a 1 mile strength walk today with the soft weights. I am trying to do like I was told by another person in the group hold my hands straight when using them. Lots of arthritis in my thumb and fingers. I did water aerobics this morning. No weights there either. Also, utube video on TMJ exercises. That helped too. Keep walking strong, our faithful leader.

    7/31/22
    I took a walk outside with my boyfriend Dave. 1 mile walk.

    Enjoying the walk challenge. Getting me trying new things. Different kind walks Dvd, YouTube and walking outside. I love my walk.

    Good morning. I started off week 10 with the 2 mile cardio balance walk with the ball. I hadn’t done this one before. My balancing skills need some work!
