MARCH fitness challenge week 4

C = CHOICES

For the next week (March 17-23) I want you to work on the letter M, the letter A, the letter R and the letter C.

Ask yourself: Are the CHOICES I’m making today helping my body or hurting my body? This may be a question you ask yourself multiple times a day.
The choices we make today WILL impact our tomorrow. We only get 1 body so we need to be wise with our choices.

Food = Fuel for your body
Exercise = Honoring your body
