Welcome to WEEK 4 of our book study/fitness challenge!

1) Read chapter 4, answer Questions to Discuss, and pick something from Try This Week.
2) MOVEMENT challenge: Set a daily step count and meet it daily this week.

To improve your chances of not suffering from cognitive decline, try to do the following: 

*Decrease inflammation

*Exercise

*Optimize vitamin and hormone levels

*Determine and heal infections

*Identify and remove toxins

*Resolve sleep apnea

*Perform socially and cognitively stimulating activities
