2) MOVEMENT challenge: Get outside this week! Do as many workouts or walks as you can to get fresh air and vitamin D.

As mentioned in chapter 5 under toxins; Food manufactures add dyes, preservatives and artificial flavors to our foods. Europe bans over 1,600 chemicals, but US has only banned 9! What do you think about that? Have you noticed any difference when you eat/drink products with artificial colors?
