Week 2 of 21 Day Fix and other exercises

I ended week 2 of #21DayFix program this past saturday. I should have done better with my eating-I feel myself getting sick and stress eating when I get home from work. I’m not getting good sleep because my 4 year old has been sick since Thanksgiving so he’s waking me up a couple times a night needing to go to the bathroom, have more medicine, blow his nose, etc. I hate being sick during my time off from work so I hope I can stay healthy!

Here’s how my exercising looked last week:

(5) Flat Abs

THURSDAY
rest day

FRIDAY
(27) Jessica Smith fitness walking
(30) Upper Fix

SATURDAY
several hours of house cleaning, grocery shopping, and cleaning at our local church building.
