Here’s my exercise recap for last week. It was my fun, female time of the month so I tried to only take 1 day off for it, but ended up having to take 2. It was my first week trying out the FeFit fitness program and it went great! It’s tough but doable. I try to use my Leslie Sansone workouts as my “warm ups” in the mornings and to get mileage for my race training.
Monday January 26th
(15) mins/1 mile Leslie Sansone, (30) mins FeFit Toning 1.

Tuesday January 27
rest day
Wednesday January 28
(18) mins/1 mile Leslie Sansone, (16) mins FeFit Core. it was TOUGH! I had to stop halfway through because I felt terrible.

Thursday January 29
rest day
Friday January 30
(40) mins Leslie Sansone with stepper and 2 lbs hand balls.

Saturday January 31
(30)/2 miles Leslie Sansone as a family, (30) mins FeFit Lower Body 1,
(30) mins PM yoga Jessica Smith dvd with hubby before bed.

I had a good week-I’m ready to rock week 2 of FeFit and get more race training mileage in next week. How did your week go?
