week 7 of NCCPT Transform Me fitness challenge

As some of you know, I’ve been taking weekly progress pictures because of the NCCPT Transform me challenge. Here are my progress pictures so far.

I’ve been doing fitness walking, cardio and strength training. For specific fitness programs, I’m on week 3 of the womens FeFit exercise program. Tomorrow I will be starting the 21 day Autumn Calabrese eating program.
