My workouts for last week, including the last week of my FeFit 28 day challenge and a new Jillian Michaels dvd!

Monday, March 2

After 60 minutes of lower body, my legs were shaking! I love using the band for TurboJam lower body-such a great workout!

Wednesday, March 4
(29) mins FeFit total body 4, (33) mins Jillian Michaels NEW killer body upper body
The new Jillian Michaels dvd was awesome! I did a short review on amazon already. I did a 1 armed burpee!

Thursday, March 5
(30) mins FeFit Upper body 4, (10) mins Jessica Smith Dance walk, (15) mins/1 mile Leslie Sansone
Only did 10 minutes of Jessica Smith because my dvd stopped working. 🙁

I love FeFit Barre workouts! and this training cuff with my Leslie Sansone dvd is really great for lower body workouts.

LAST DAY of my FeFit challenge! FeFit core workouts are so hard for me-ugh!

I officially ended my 28 day FeFit online fitness challenge. The workouts were hard-intermediate level-but I was able to do most of the exercises so it was very motivating and exciting to see my progress. Every 10 days I took a Fit Test, and I progressed in every exercise!

On Day 1, I was able to do in ONE minute each:
31 pushups on my knees, 17 sit ups, 63 jumping jacks, 47 squats.

On Day 28, I was able to do in ONE minute each:
45 pushups on my knees, 27 sit ups, 83 jumping jacks, 64 squats.

I did not lose any weight in the 28 days, but I did lose INCHES!
I lost 2 full inches off my waist, 0.5 inches off my hips, 0.5 inches off each arm, 1.0 inch off each thigh, 1.0 inch off each calf.

I really enjoyed this challenge and the online Facebook group of women were amazing and so motivating!!
