This jump rope came in a small bag for easy travel and storage. I followed the directions included to adjust the height on the jump rope for me specifically since it was too long. (I’m 5 feet 4) It was very easy to adjust it, but since I won’t be the only one using it, I decided not to cut off the ends. I held the ends in my hand along with the handles so the extra rope didn’t hit me.

This jump rope is light but sturdy and provides a great cardio workout! Great for indoor or outdoor use. I will be using this item as part of my gym circuit routine.
