Thursday, 9/17:
#totalbodythursday – Show us your favorite total body cardio move!

This cardio move really gets your heart rate up! I honestly did this workout for a couple of minutes in my street clothes because I had worked almost 9 hours, went to a 2 hour painting class, came home and realized I hadn’t done my Boso workout-so BOOM! Did it in jeans! 🙂

Turbofire is the hardest cardio program I’ve done so far. I had to work up to doing it because I was so overweight. I did a full 90 days a couple years ago and loved it! I was so proud of myself for accomplishing my goal!
