2-3 times per week I drive across town to meet some other girls to do 60 mins of Leslie Sansone fitness walking dvds at a local church. It’s alot of fun and I’ve found I work harder (thus burning more calories) if I walk and jog with other women versus doing it alone at home.

This morning I did walking/jogging intervals and used 2 pound hand weights for most of the workout.
