Here’s an intro video about the BeFit 30 day Fat Burn program. All the workouts are 10-12 minutes so there’s no excuses!

30 Day Fat Burn: Fitness Program Introduction

There is no warm up or cool down because of the short workout time, so make sure you do that on your own. I really liked the Dynamic Strength Training workout. I used 3-5 pounds hand weights with the workouts because of the fast pace.
