Great day went hiking on Blue Ridge Parkway at Fallingwater
Cascades. Beautiful hike to waterfall. Was a loop trail for
1.6 miles. After dinner we went for sunset walk to unwind
for 1.44 miles.

This was busy day cleaning house and camper. After housework
Done went for afternoon walk along Tinker Creek hubby and
Up into a new subdivision for some hill climbs – we walked 3 miles.
Good day!!
Today was overcast and great for walking – walked before work and at lunch time.
Lunchtime I walked along Tinker Creek enjoying watch squirrels playing.
Snacked on some mulberries on tree along walk. My total miles for today is 3.38.
Great day saw Chiro and had good PT session.
Went walking before and after work for total of
3miles today!

enjoyed cooler day.
06/07/2022 I walked neighborhood before rain
started today and got in 3.18 miles.
This has been a great week! I walked 19.08 miles. Today we went and walked at Waldron Park and then along Tinker Creek in our neighborhood. Beautiful day for walk!!

Today was a beautiful day!! Went for a long walk on Rke River Greenway for 4.34 miles and then then my hubby took me dinner at Green Goat. Tomorrow is IronMan and the Greenway is closed for walking. Hope everyone had a great day!

Day 3 was a gentle mile, Mile with the ball and Disney mile!
Day 3- Took a nice early walk with a friend before it got hot. We walked for 50 minutes or 3 miles. Going to try and get a short gentle walk in this evening or some sort of wind down exercise after supper.
