
🍁 Its time for our WALKtober challenge! 🍁
Let’s commit to walking 30 minutes a day/5 days a week from oct 1-31!
This summer we walked 1 mile for 100 days in a row and last month was our Strong30 challenge where we walked 20 minutes daily. So now we are adding on! If 30 minutes is too long, break it up into multiple segments in one day and just do the best you can!
