I like that you can track and plan WEEKLY meals and fitness, as well as record DAILY meals and exercise. I have found that when I plan my weeks out ahead of time, I’m much more successful!
I like that there’s lots of space to record strength training exercises, cardio or other classes. I especially like the strength training record sheets! LOVE that I can records sets and reps of specific strength training exercises.
Each day has room to record 6 daily meals along with tracking water intake, sleep & fruits/veggies. Tracking food is just as important, if not more so, than tracking exercises.
If you are serious about weight loss, maintaining your weight, tracking your food for allergies, etc. then this book is for you! Big print-lots of space to write and journal! I highly recommend it!
