Monday workout:
30 minute barefoot fusion Jessica Smith DVD with ball, and 15 minutes Leslie Sansone DVD.

Then taught a 50 min walk15 group fitness class in the evening.
Tuesday: rest day
Wednesday workout:
Taught a 60 minute group fitness walk15 class.

Thursday workout:
Strength training circuits-back and biceps-usung fit body challenge and mommy trainer challenge circuits.

Friday: rest day
Saturday workout:
We were expecting a hurricane with heavy winds and flooding so decided to stay home and do body pump with my DVD instead of going to the gym.

I typically workout five days a week but I was battling a cold and monthly female issues so I listened to my body and tried to take it easier last week.
