Welcome to week 3 of “The Great Walk 100 day Summer Challenge” from 6/12 – 6/18.
Remember: Our goal is to be consistent so even if you can’t do 100 days of walking in a row, do the best you can and listen to your body.
If you CAN do a walk every day, it is VERY important that you mix it up by doing gentle walks, longer walks, shorter walks, indoor walks, outdoor walks, etc.

Rainy day so went Tanglewood Mall and walked
2.92 miles inside mall.
Went walking 3 times today. Went walking between rain
after dinner. Heard crash on Plantation Rd. Really bad
wreck looked like 4-5 cars involved 🥺. Had total 3.55

We had a great weekend camping at
Camp Alta Mons. We went hiking around
The camp and had time with family and friends.
Friday walked 2.5 miles – Saturday 1.8 – Sunday
2.5 and today 3.1. Was great get away weekend.
Had no phone or internet for the weekend.
Good day I walked 2.5 miles on 2 walks. Both walks was with friend.
We went walking with Angel this morning and then
lunchtime walk. Total walk 2.4 miles.
Today I walked 2.5 miles in neighborhood before work and lunch time.
After work had date with hubby. Went to movie saw TopGun Maverick.

First day of summer. Went for 3 walks for total 3.5 miles and did 20 munutyof standing yoga for Apple Challenge today.

Friday I walked in neighborhood and campground for
total of 2.3 miles. Saturday we hiked 4.0 miles on
trails in campground. Sunday I walked in campground

My workout was Rachel 2 mile walk cardio interval walk. It was fun.
Day 20/100~ 1 mile walk 100 days challenge
My workout was Rachel 2 mile cardio ball and Balance. It was fun. I had to modify some moves.
Good day walked before work and lunch time for total 2.46 miles.
Very hot and hard to get out and walk. Will do YouTube video tomorrow.
This morning’s workout was the one mile walk and tone and this evening’s was the 3 mile 80’s music one. Great workouts today!:)

1 mile walk.
Yesterday, I walked a ten minute gentle walk with the lady who does the spoons. I added 5 more minutes of walking to my boom box. I walked in my pajamas, but I did it. Internet outage today some. Busy day. I will be back later on todays workouts. Love Susan’s latin fusion at 8:00 at the Y. So much fun in the water. Looking for a glove that might be for the water that will support my wrist when I do buoys and noodle strength building. Miss you, and I am so sorry about your road trip getting canceled. Maybe, you could come to us live from your mom’s with a workout. That would be wonderful. Hot! Hot! Hot!

June 15th was the 30 minute HIIT for me. I appreciate the lower impact options and it’s still a good workout by just increasing the speed!:)

June 13, I went for a walk early morning at 6:45 in the neighborhood. Then, I went to arthritis and water yoga class. Water Yoga is very relaxing. May do a very gentle walk tonight to keep me from getting too sleepy too early. 🙂
Today I did the 40 Min. Suggested walk, hiit, weight workout. What a good one! 🙂
