I’m using 3-5 lbs for FeFit because of the high repetitions and fast movements.

Loved FeFit Barre! It was tough and I have alot of work to do with my core and legs.

FeFit Lower body is tough because they do a lunge ladder, but I can do alot of it without stopping for a break.

I am really loving the FeFit program that I’ve been doing the past 3 weeks. As you can see after 2 weeks, I switched from doing 3x per week-to 6x per week so I can follow the 28 day challenge. I’ll be posting more about the FeFit 28 day challenge tomorrow.
