I will be following the Intermediate walking challenge. I have been using Leslie Sansone dvds for years and absolutely love them! Just using her dvds helped me lost the first 50 pounds on my weight loss journey! I have all but one of the dvds listed below, so I highly recommend them. Most of them are my absolute favorites!

    been struggling to keep up with my walking due to a gi bug in the house, but I did 7K steps yesterday and determined to make my 10K today!

    Did not get in much walking yesterday, but did have a wonderful Easter with the family 🙂 Only did 5,977 steps (2.48 miles) Hope your Easter was wonderful too!

    Only 2.67 miles yesterday 🙁 Was feeling a little under the weather. But today I feel better, the sun is shining and I am going to step it up today!! Happy walking!!
