“Deliverance: The Moses Chronicles Vol 2” by H.B. Moore *book review & giveaway*

Book 2 “Deliverance” picks up right where book 1 ended with Moses fleeing Egypt after killing a man. While wandering around the desert he meets Jethro and his family while rescuing them at the well. He is immediately drawn to his daughter, Zipporah and her quiet and caring nature. He begins to learn their language, as well as their belief in one God. The longer he stays with Zipporah and her family, the more he learns and the more at peace he feels.

I loved reading about Zipporah and how she cared for others and her falling in love with Moses. I also liked reading about Moses’s spiritual transformation and him meeting his Hebrew family.

I absolutely love biblical fiction and this story is the perfect follow up to book 1. It ends with a perfect lead into book 3 but I’m bummed I’ll have to wait for another book to come out to continue to read Moses’s story. This is definitely a series to read again and again!
