This series is set in Windswept Bay-beach area and introduces the 9 Sinclair siblings through out the series of books.

Even though Max’s brothers and sisters are finding love, Max is content with his special ops missions and returning home to his pet pig Charlotte. However when Max gets severely injured and has to return home indefinitely, he struggles with what to do with his life and how to help others. He meets Kelsey, the new manager at his brothers new horse stable and is drawn to her but she is very adamant that she doesn’t date military men. They are both scared of the future but can’t deny their growing attraction towards one another.

I loved reading more about the horse stable that was introduced in the previous book and the upcoming wedding. I love how close the family and siblings are to each other and how they help each other thru emotional trials.

I’m looking forward to reading more of Max and Kelsey’s story as this series progresses. Book #9 is suppose to be released in August.

This series is set in Windswept Bay-beach area and introduces the 9 Sinclair siblings through out the series of books.

This story is about school teacher Lana meeting handsome Sinclair brother Cam. Lana leaves her family, cheating cowboy and Texas behind when she moves to Windswept Bay. Only she meets Cam and immediately feels an attraction and connection to him, but he is a texas cowboy! When Lana has to rush back home for a family emergency, she is able to get to know Cam more personally to see what a caring, compassionate man he really is.

I loved that I got to read more of Jessica’s story from book 6 as they prepare for their wedding and that they tie all the family members stories and experiences together in this series of books. I also love how family and relationships are so important to the Sinclair’s. Good, wholesome, fun reading! I typically read these books in 1-2 sittings because I love them and the characters so much that I don’t want to put the book down!

I did feel like the relationship was pretty rushed (only one month!) considering Lana’s extremely bad breakup in Texas, but I’m looking forward to reading future books where Lana and Cam and other characters will be mentioned as the relationship progresses.

I absolutely love this series-I truly can’t say enough great things about it! This series is set in Windswept Bay-beach area and introduces the 9 Sinclair siblings through out the series of books.

This book #6 is about local school teacher Jessica, her son, and Sinclair brother Levi as they get to know each other after a very awkward encounter at the local elementary school. This story has lots of laughs and mushy “awwww” moments. Jessica is widowed and isn’t sure if she can risk loving again or risk her son losing another daddy. Jessica and Levi can’t help running into each other at the same places or deny the sparks between them, but is it enough for them to try a lasting relationship?

You won’t be disappointed in this or other books in this series by author Debra Clopton! Clean, christian, fiction romance.

Driver Confessional (Driver Series Book 1) by David L. Winters

“Driver Confessional” is book 1 of 3 in the new driver series by author by David winters. This book tells the story of Antonio who is going to law school, as well as a being a part time “Buber” driver (similar to being a taxi driver) for the DC area. Antonio feels that his calling while being a driver is to pray or witness to his clients about God so there is religious conversations and prayers through out this book. It was interesting to see the lives he was able to bless due to this mentality, although not all of his riders were open to the communication about God.

Antonio and his brother Rocco start investigating a case after one of Antonio’s Buber clients, Glynis is murdered. Antonio had met Glynis at the very beginning of the book after he picks her up from a restaurant and brings her home, but she leaves a briefcase in his vehicle. When he goes to return the briefcase he finds her dead making him one of the main suspects.

The writing throughout the book wasn’t great which left me wondering if this was the authors first book that he wrote. I was a little confused as to who was speaking during the story because sometimes the main character was referred to as Antonio, other times he was called “the driver”. I also felt like the “Buber” driver specifics were exactly like being an “Uber” driver which was weird.

I’m interested in reading book 2 to see how the characters develop but I wouldn’t read book 1 again. Overall I enjoyed this book because of the faith of Antonio as well as the intriguing part of the story which involved international espionage, greed, and the Russian mob.

What Hope Remembers (Misty Willow) by Johnnie Alexander

“What Hope Remembers” is book 3 in the Misty Willow series. Although I haven’t read the other books, this one sounded intriguing so I decided to read it anyway.

Unfortunately I tried for several days to read this book off and on, but I just couldn’t get into the characters or the storyline so I decided halfway thru not to finish it. I found it slow and confusing and not relatable.

This author has other books, including two other books in the series, so if you enjoy her writing and previous books you would most likely enjoy this series.
