Tuesday 

1 mile Leslie Sansone, 22 min JessicaSmithTV workout, 10 mins Natalie Jill video. 
Wednesday
rest day
Thursday
2 miles Leslie Sansone, 10 mins JessicaSmithTV, two 6 min youtube Natalie Jill videos. 
Friday
2 miles Leslie Sansone, 10 mins Butt Lift, 3 mins trampoline.
Saturday 
2 miles Leslie Sansone, 10 mins youtube stability ball workout Natalie Jill and dancing. 

My workouts and nutrition went pretty good last week! I also did the Natalie Jill 7 day jumpstart nutrition program which I will be posting about later.
