(14) mins Leslie Sansone with weights

Tuesday
(10) mins plus walking around outside at local police dept activity with family

Wednesday
(31) mins Jillian Michaels workout 6, (32) Jillian Michaels cardio 2
(12) mins walking outside

Thursday
(29) mins Home Gym Intervals dvd with elliptical and hand weights, (37) mins Jillian Michaels workout 5

Friday
(30) mins Leslie Sansone 2 miles

Saturday
(32) mins Jillian Michaels workout 6, (5) mins Debby Mack cardio dvd, (15) mins Leslie Sansone 1 mile.

Overall I felt like I had a great week!! I’m really pleased with how the Body Revolution program is going.

I’m trying to make more of an effort to do some exercise or movement in the evenings after dinner since I sit at work all day.
