I really like this resistance band kit! It came in a nice bag with a guide, 5 bands, 2 handles, 2 ankle straps and a door anchor. The 4 page guide tells you how the bands work and what exercises you can do with the bands, including how to use the door anchor.

The handles are very easy to hook on and off the bands, and all the bands seem very sturdy whether you use the ankle straps or handle straps. My husband was very impressed with this kit. and you can’t beat the price!

We can’t wait to use this resistance band kit more this upcoming year!
