Used 2 lb weighted balls and resistance bands during my fitness walking.
Tuesday Dec 23
(31) Leslie Sansone with stepper
Used my “Your weight” waist belt and wrist weights during this workout. I really like them and sweat alot!

(44) mins Leslie Sansone and (28) mins Jillian Michaels level 1 Kettlebell dvd
An oldie but a goodie!! Love using the bands with this dvd. and my favorite Jillian Michaels dvd using a kettlebell!

(59) mins 4 miles Leslie Sansone and family bowling. Also did family yoga and stretching followed by yummy protein shakes!

I felt like I did pretty good with my exercising over the past two weeks, especially during the holidays! I tried to do better with my eating as well. I haven’t gained any weight this past month, but haven’t lost any either. ugh!
How did your workouts and nutrition go for you over the holidays? Was it hard being at home with the kids and sticking with your routine? I find I snack more and don’t drink as much water when I’m at home.
