I exercise daily, as well as taking family walks and doing yard work, so I consider myself very active. When my knees bother me after working out (which they often do!), I’ve been taking 1 capsule of these supplements (instead of Advil or Tylenol) and it STOPS the pain! I have only had to take 1 capsule for my minor knee pain or back pain. The directions indicate that you can take more than 1 capsule after 4-6 hours.

I am thrilled that this product has worked for me and I love that it has natural ingredients in it! I have used Arnica separately and it hasn’t been effective for me, so I love that this product has Arnica and other products as well. The capsule is easy to swallow and doesn’t taste like anything.

This will be something I plan to take on a regular basis and I would highly recommend this to others who suffer from joint or muscle pain. Love this Multiflex Excel supplement!
