I have been buying and using Jessica Smith dvd and youtube workouts for years and absolutely love her teaching style and workouts! I was beyond thrilled when Jessica contacted me and sent me a complimentary copy of this 3 dvd program for blog and social media review! All opinions are my own.

I’ve taken the last 1.5 weeks to do every workout and review them in detail for my readers here on my blog, so I hope all this information will be helpful!

“Walk On: 3 Weight Loss Walks”

Workout 1 (15 min Calorie Burst):
0-3:00 Warm up
3:00-13:00 Workout-moves including knee ups, jump rope, grapevine, v step patterns.
13:00-15:30 Cool down and stretch

*Shows 8:00 countdown clock

*Jessica mentions this short workout would be great alone or as an add on to another workout.

*This 15 min calorie burst uses interval training.

Workout 2 (30 min Fat Blaster):
0-4:30 Warm up
4:30-25:00 Workout-moves including high knees, v steps, shuffle, heel digs, some arm patterns.
25:00-29:20 Cool down and stretch

*Shows 10:00 countdown clock

*This 30 min fast blaster uses varying speeds.

Workout 3 (40 min Mega Burn):
0-4:45 Warm up
4:45-35:00 Workout-moves including side to side patterns, marching wide and narrow, grapevine, hamstring curls, heel digs with arm patterns.
35:00-40:15 Cool down and stretch

*This 40 min mega burn uses a steady aerobic zone to build endurance and strength.

Bonus Workout (Standing Abs):
0-15:15 Workout-moves including twists, crunches, squat twists. She used the last minute for a quick stretch.

*Jessica suggests doing this ab routine 3 times a week on alternating days.

*This Standing Abs workout uses slow and controlled moves to get a deeper ab workout.

Overall thoughts on this dvd:
**You will not need any equipment for these 4 workouts.

**Debbie shows low impact, beginner moves; Beth shows more advanced, higher impact moves; and Jessica shows intermediate to advanced moves in all the workouts.

**The music beat is good and upbeat-no words.

**The background is white and bright which contrasts nicely with the women’s clothes.

**The 40 min mega burn was my favorite workout on the dvd! I especially loved the finale which had a jazzy song and was so fun!

** I liked the standing abs routine because it was upright which makes it easier on my neck, and she did several new ab moves I had never done before.

Workout 1 (Pyramid Power Walk):
0-4:00 Warm up
4:00-24:00 Workout-moves including jogging, shuffle, punches, side to side step taps, toe taps, kick backs.
24:00-30:00 Cool down and stretch

*This 30 min power walk uses the method of a steady climb in heart rate, then peak (keeps the heart rate elevated), and then lower the heart rate back down over the period of the entire workout.

Workout 2 (Strength Interval Walk):
0-5:00 Warm up
5:00-26:00 Workout-moves including lower body strength training moves, squats, lunges, deadlifts.
26:00-28:00 Workout for abs
28:00-30:30 Cool down and stretch

*This 30 min power walk uses strength training moves along with cardio.

Bonus Workout (Chair Stretch):
0-13:30 Sitting moves on the chair including stretching of the neck, shoulders and back; supported warrior positions, and other yoga type moves.
13:30-20:05 Standing up moves using the chair as support doing other yoga and stretching moves.

*You will need a chair and a yoga block or pillow so that your feet are elevated and in line with your hips.

*Can be done barefoot.

Overall thoughts on this dvd:
**You will not need any equipment for the first dvd but you will need one set of dumbbells for the second dvd. Debbie uses no weights, Beth uses 3 lbs. and Jessica uses 5 lbs. You will also need a chair and yoga block or pillow for the bonus chair stretch workout.

**Debbie shows low impact, beginner moves; Beth shows more advanced, higher impact moves; and Jessica shows intermediate to advanced moves in all the workouts.

**The music beat is good and upbeat-no words.

**The background is white and bright which contrasts nicely with the women’s clothes.

**I did both of these workouts with my friends and we each burned over 500 calories in 60 mins!

**The strength interval walk was very hard on my knees with all the squats and lunges, even though I did alot of beginner and modifications.

Workout 1 (Hiit Walk):
0-4:55 Warm up
4:55-25:00 Workout-moves including crossover kicks, squat pulses, knee strikes, jogging.
25:00-30:00 Cool down and stretch

*Shows 10:00 countdown clock

*This 30 min Hiit walk uses the method of High Intensity Interval Training by doing 4 rounds of a 3 minute steady pace, followed by 2 minutes of going all out after the bell sound.

Workout 2 (Toning Walk):
0-5:30 Warm up
5:30-27:00 Workout-moves including plié hold, knee ups, triceps, chest press, squats.
27:00-29:45 Cool down and stretch

*Shows 10:00 countdown clock

*This 30 min Toning walk uses a resistance band for cardio and strength training for the entire workout, including during the warm up and cool down.

*Jessica and crew use a 6 foot resistance band (NOT INCLUDED) but I used a 5 foot one because that’s what I had. Because of some specific toning moves, you will not be able to use anything smaller than 5 feet.

*You will not be walking the entire time during this workout because of some of the toning moves that require you to remain still like squatting and lunging.

Bonus Workout (Healthy Back):
0-17:30 Workout-standing and floor exercises including shoulder raises, lunges, bridge, single leg balance, stretches.

*This 17 min workout uses a resistance band through out the workout and all the moves are very slow and controlled. You may also need a mat if you are working out on a hard floor.

Overall thoughts on this dvd:
**You will not need any equipment for the first dvd but you will need a 6 foot resistance band for the second workout and bonus back workout.

**Debbie shows low impact, beginner moves; Beth shows more advanced, higher impact moves; and Jessica shows intermediate to advanced moves in all the workouts.

**The music beat is good and upbeat-no words.

**The background is white and bright which contrasts nicely with the women’s clothes. I like the flowers in the background as contrast also.

**I enjoyed the Hiit workout more than I thought I would because it didn’t hurt my knees. The 4 Hiit rounds are all different so you don’t have to worry about repeating the same moves all 4 rounds which I liked!

I really enjoyed this brand new 3 dvd set of workouts! Jessica Smith did an amazing job with this collection. I especially like that she included a 30 day calendar on the back of the box so you can rotate between all the dvds. There is alot of variety with this set that beginners, intermediate and advanced workout people will enjoy.
