I’ve completed the first week of Leslie Sansone’s 21 Days before Thanksgiving walking challenge and I didn’t miss any days! I also thought it would be fun to use a different Leslie DVD every day of this challenge.
I’ve posted below the daily walking assignment, what I got for my daily steps according to my FitBit, and what DVD I used that day.

Sunday November 1

I love using the 2 pound handweights during this dvd!

Monday November 2
2 miles/4,000 steps
4,823 daily steps

Tuesday November 3
3 miles/6,000 steps
5,204 daily steps
This is her newest “Walk to the Hits” dvd.

Wednesday November 4
4 miles/8,000 steps
8,532 daily steps
I LOVE this super walk kit! It was my very first Leslie Sansone set that I got when I decided to get serious about losing weight. I’m sad that you can’t buy this kit anymore.

10,194 daily steps
Great music! Used the band for 2 of the miles.

Friday November 6
2 miles/4,000 steps
10,528 daily steps

Saturday November 7
3 miles/6,000 steps
7,763 daily steps
Used the fitcuff for the last mile of this dvd.

Sunday November 8
1 mile/2,000 steps
948 daily steps
My daily steps isn’t accurate because I forget to wear my fitbit during and after church. 🙁
This is an older dvd that you can find at the Dollar Tree. The background is totally cheesy but I liked doing the gentle 20 min evening mile before bed.
