In case you haven’t heard, FULLER HOUSE has been released TODAY on Netflix! In honor of this special event (Yes I’m totally excited about it and yes I’m watching as much as I can this weekend!) I decided to post a fun Fuller House Fitness Challenge and also share the MomsRunThisTown Fuller House running/walking challenge!
Thats TWO fitness challenges that you can do this weekend during and after you watch some tv.
Fuller House Fitness Challenge with EmpowerMoms:
**Every time you hear “How Rude“, do 3 push-ups
**Every time you hear “Oh Mylanta“, do 3 kick-backs
**Every time you hear “Cut It Out“, do 3 plank jacks
**Every time you hear “Have Mercy“, do 3 squats
**Every time the audience says “Awwww“, do 3 jumping jacks
I tried to make it as simple as possible to remember. Only 5 phrases and you only have to do that specific exercise 3 times each phrase! Thats it!
And just for fun, keep track of what you do per episode and let me know how you did!
You have Friday, Saturday and Sunday to do one, two, or all 3 of the distances from this MomsRunThisTown challenge.
I’m hoping to do all 3 plus bonus since the weather is going to be beautiful, but we’ll see how much time I have. I know I can at least do the Stephanie Sprint, DJ Dash and Bonuses. How about you?
