This is the fourth and final book in the Porter Family series. This series has covered 8 years of time in the Porter family lives that I have grown to love.

This story follows the youngest Porter family member-Dru and her client football superstar Gray. Readers also get to read more of Meg and Bo’s pregnancy story and other Porter family characters.

Dru is an “Executive protection agent” and one of the best in her field. She pays attention to detail and is a former Marine and expert marks woman. She is assigned to football player Gray after threats on his life become more frequent. Dru and Gray don’t get along at first, but over time as they work together they learn more about each other and their personal struggles, families, and faith.

Author Becky Wade has such a gift for keeping readers engaged through out the entire story. I also found her characters relateable and likable. I am sad to see this series end and I can’t wait to read more by this author!

Biography
During her childhood in California, Becky frequently produced homemade plays starring her sisters, friends, and cousins. These plays almost always featured a heroine, a prince, and a love story with a happy ending. She’s been a fan of all things romantic ever since.

Becky and her husband lived overseas in the Caribbean and Australia before settling in Dallas, Texas. It was during her years abroad that Becky’s passion for reading turned into a passion for writing. She published three historical romances with Avon Books, then put her career on hold for several years to care for her kids, then recently returned to writing sheerly for the love of it. She felt led to move to the genre of contemporary Christian romance and couldn’t be more thrilled with it.
