Abducted in Alaska by Darlene L. Turner

Abducted in Alaska (Love Inspired Suspense) by Darlene L. Turner

Things heat up really fast in this story! I read this book in one night because the drama and situations were non stop and intense and I couldn’t take a break from reading or something bad would happen. 😉

From the very beginning of chapter 1 there were shootings, explosions, running away, rescuing kids, finding a possible mole… so much suspense and action. Unpredictable story line and great strong characters. I never would have guessed the ending or the reasons why. I had a suspicion but I didn’t think I was right.

I really liked Hannah and Layke and how they worked together and how they protected each other. It was devastating to read about the child kidnappings and Layke’s growing up; and how kids can be neglected, unloved and abused. I’m glad those parts were not specific or graphic.

Great Christian story with a little bit of clean romance, no graphic violence.

I received a copy of this book complimentary for blog and social media review. All opinions are my own.
