Join me for a 35 min TABATA style 20 sec work/10 sec rest. Alternating between cardio and strength training.

Walked early before got hot and after dinner when cooled

Today I walked 1.9 miles with Angel and friend Linda.
Today was great day not as hot. Ended day with 3.6 miles total for walks. Enjoy walking with Angel!
