Welcome to week 8 of “The Great Walk 100 day Summer Challenge” from 7/17 – 7/23.
Remember: Our goal is to be consistent so even if you can’t do 100 days of walking in a row, do the best you can and listen to your body.
If you CAN do a walk every day, it is VERY important that you mix it up by doing gentle walks, longer walks, shorter walks, indoor walks, outdoor walks, etc.

My workout was Rachel 1 mile walk Gentle walk.
July 22, Just finished gentle walk with usher and beatles. Love the music on that one, also. Would love a gentle walk 80’s music for the future. Also, I did water aerobics this morning with Deidre. The other Donna asked about you in 8:00 class this morning. I told her you were coming back soon.
My workout was Jules improve health senior fitness beginners Tabata. It was a fun wo8rkout. 2 mile walk.

Good morning. My walk today was burpee girl side stepping walk. Done before the heat starts.
7/20 Was going to do only a gentle walk today. However, I accidently pushed beach boys one thinking gentle, and it wasn’t. I did a mile because I love that one so much. Then, a one mile gentle walk. Walk Strong is such a wonderful accountability tool for walking and other things I do.

Today I did 20 minute Improved Health Gentle walk and this evening I completed this week’s suggested 2 mile walk and slim. It had different moves!:)

My workout was Walk at home, 2 mile walk with Doc. It was a fun workout. I am enjoying this walk challenge. This is my first time doing this Walk challenge.
