A = ALTERNATE YOUR WORKOUTS

For the next week (March 3-9) I want you to work on the letter M and the letter A.

Alternate your workouts by doing a variety of strength, cardio, core, flexibility and balance. Having a well rounded fitness routine will help your body tremendously! Check out my YouTube channel for some workout options.
