JETTI POLE Mothers Day quick workout

Grab your poles and let’s workout JETTI POLE style by spelling out MOTHERS DAY!

M = march in place
O = overhead press
T = toe taps
H = hamstring curls or high knees
E = elevated bicep curls
R= rear taps or rear lunges
S = sumo squats

D = dead lift/hip hinges
A = ab twists or alternating front kicks
Y = y arm raises

The number of reps and rounds is up to you. Remember to lengthen your spine to stay upright and keep your chest up.
