MY REVIEW

This was another beautiful Legacy Ranch story! Great story about the importance of family, healing and forgiveness.

Ryder and his son Shepherd move back to his family ranch to heal from his divorce and to help his mom recover as she goes through her chemotherapy for cancer. Kendall also comes back to the area to visit after her reputation in an Austin restaurant is compromised as sous chef.

Together they work to care for Mrs. Sinclair as she goes through her medical issues, and they end up putting on her annual Easter SONrise breakfast. What a beautiful concept! The story was easy to read, great characters and had a beautiful ranch and small-town setting.

I could totally relate to Ryders hesitation to trust another woman and her intentions after his bitter divorce. Putting trust in God and not staying bitter was important to Ryder’s healing. I can’t wait to read more books from the Legacy Ranch series!
